What we verify

  • Your registration with the public registry your profession is listed on, checked against that registry and linked from your card so anyone can re-check it.
  • That the firm, address and contact details you give us resolve to the same entity.
  • That you actually cover the districts and categories you ask to appear in.

What we never do

  • Sell a position at the top of a list. Ranking is not for sale, because the moment it is, the list stops being worth reading.
  • Pass on a person's details without them asking us to.
  • Charge the visitor. They pay nothing to be introduced to you.

What it costs

An agreed commission on work that comes from an introduction we made, settled with you before anything goes live. It varies by category, because the work behind a conveyance and the work behind a company formation are not comparable, so it is agreed rather than published. This applies to professional services. We are not a registered estate agent and take no commission on a property sale or letting.

There is no listing fee, no monthly charge, and nothing to pay before an introduction converts.
