Every profession worth using in Cyprus is on a statutory register, and they are all public and free. If you want to appoint someone yourself, these are the authoritative lists — not a copy of them.

How big each profession is

These are counts, not recommendations — mostly from the statutory registers (ICPAC for accountants; ETEK for architects, engineers and surveyors). The estate-agent figure is the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association’s member list, not the statutory register, and we have not yet counted the Cyprus Bar Association’s register of lawyers. We have not assessed the firms behind any of them — that is exactly what an introduction is for.

Indicative ranges to set expectations, not quotes and not a survey — Cyprus professional fees are not published centrally. Always confirm in writing with the professional before engaging them.

Lawyers
